Making wine, promoting it, and selling it is a very concrete entrepreneurial project. Regardless of the size of the estate, this project must be nourished by a pragmatic vision and supported by a solid and balanced economy, with clear and achievable goals for the winemaker.
Even if it is emotional, a wine cannot be made without this very functional approach. It is the keystone of its success.

My proposal for pathways

— technical, positioning of wines, or prescription — has only one goal: the interest of the estate. What matters is the quality of its production and its image, its financial stability, and its future prospects.
Achieving this goal and ensuring its sustainability means providing advice with total independence from the many wine service providers.
It also means recommending interventions, investments, or adjustments with all the necessary perspective and staying as close to the reality on the ground as possible.
