Sensitivity guides the signature

Wine is the result of a unique alchemy of nature when it combines place, terroir, and vine, to which must be added a way of cultivating and winemaking.
However, this inventory is missing what distinguishes one wine from another: the signature. This should reflect both the earthly origin of the wine and the touch of the person who made it. To be unique, a wine must offer a dual sensitive reading, both original and human.

My proposal for support

places sensitivity at the heart of the project so that the wine tells a story of both geology and humanity. With technique, a wine can simply be good, and that’s already not bad. If we add a bit more vibration and soul, it becomes memorable, and that’s so much different!
Your wine will be unique because it will offer a part of yourself. My role will be to explore this part with you so that it “speaks” in the wine.
